My buddy Scott came over just before the new year looking for some help on a project of his, for his maple syrup adventures. Scott is one of my oldest friends. And by that, I mean to say that I’ve known him since middle school, and I can count on 1 hand the number of people I count as friends from that time. I’ll stop short of dating myself on this post, so I’ll just leave it at “that’s been a few moons ago.”
He originally came over to have me help him cut the bottom out of a large stockpot, which we did, but I’d recently gotten in a brand new rivet gun from Aircraft Tool Supply, and I was anxious to show it off.
Having fostered most of our friendship in shop class, he was naturally eager to check out some new tools himself, so away we went! Also being the avid YouTuber that he is, he captured us in all our glory, me spouting off my extraordinarily basic knowledge of riveting, for his channel Scott Thorn and his Bees and Trees.
